To provide the preparing method of the operation plan of blooming rolling for preparing an optimal operation plan with respect to a blooming mill in real time.
This method is for preparing the operation plan of blooming rolling in blooming rolling equipment having soaking pits for heating ingots from ingot making equipment, blooming mill with which heated ingots can be rolled into blooms and cooling beds for cooling the rolled blooms. The amount of ingot-making by the operation plane of ingot-making of the ingot making equipment is calculated. The calculated amount of ingot-making is compared with the processing target of the blooming/rolling equipment (S8) and, when the amount of ingot-making is short (S9), the blooming/rolling of surplus ingots which are beforehand made is planed so as to compensate for the shortage (S26, S10, S12), moreover, based on the operation plan of ingot-making, operation results and plan of the blooming/rolling equipment, processing capability of the blooming/rolling equipment and the state of use of the cooling bed (S10), each operation plan of the soaking pit (S18), blooming mill (S12) and cooling bed (S14) is prepared so that the consumption unit of fuel which is consumed in the soaking pits is minimized.
