Abstract:
To provide a method to shorten the preparation time of a soap by the cold process that requires a long preparation time and to facilitate the preparation.
The soap by the cold process is prepared, using oil and fat, water and sodium hydroxide as raw materials, via the steps of saponification thereof, placing into a mold, removal from the mold, and aging. The preparation method of the soap is characterized in that, in order to shorten the saponification process, the oil and fat, water and sodium hydroxide are subjected to saponification reaction in the condition that the mixing ratio by weight of the water/oil and fat is ≥50% and <100%.
