Abstract:
To provide a method for the stable preservation of an article containing vinegar without losing the flavor of vinegar.
A vinegar-containing article is preserved by sealing in a container made of a gas-barrier laminated material containing at least one layer of a cured epoxy resin containing ≥40 wt.% xylylenediamine skeleton structure.
