Abstract:
PURPOSE: To preserve bearings for rotating parts used mainly in the fields of precision apparatus and electronic equipment without the necessity for using rust preventive oil.
CONSTITUTION: Bearings for rotating parts together with a rust preventive package prepared by packaging a composition comprising an unsaturated aliphatic compound, if necessary, having a catalyst, a basic substance, an adsorbent, etc., incorporated therein with a gas-permeable packaging material are put in a container having gas barrier properties and hermetically sealed. By this method, the producers of the bearings can prevent rusting without using any rust preventive oil while the users thereof can use the bearings without washing out a rust preventive oil.
