Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving a dried article over a long period of time while keeping the flavor or color tone thereof excellently by preventing oxidative degradation of the dried article.SOLUTION: The method for preserving the dried article comprises a step of preserving the dried article in an oxygen-absorbable container to be obtained by using an oxygen-absorbable multilayer body as a whole or partially, which body is obtained by layering, in this order, a sealant layer containing a thermoplastic resin, an oxygen absorption layer comprising an oxygen-absorbable resin composition containing a copolymerizable polyolefin compound and a transition metal catalyst, and a gas barrier layer containing a gas barrier substance and which body comprises at least three these layers. The copolymerizable polyolefin compound contains a constituent unit having at least one tetralin ring.
