PURPOSE: To suppress the generation of an internal strain and a working strain and to execute pressing with high precision by pressing a stock to be press- punched with the pressing value beyond the elastic limit value.

CONSTITUTION: A value G1 is set which is beyond an elastic limit value G of a stock 10 to be press-punched and within a range of a press deformation or a press breakage (G1≥G). The stock 10 to be press-punched is pressed with the pressing value through a stripper plate 4 at a pressing time. In this case, the elastic limit value of the stock 10 is measured. Therefore, the pressing can be executed while suppressing the generation of an internal strain or a working strain in various directions contained in the stock 10. Of course, when this pressing value is applied, the strain generated at the time of punching the stock is also canceled.
