PURPOSE: To protect the product and improve the quality by providing the intermediate bridge between plural parts, bending a part of this intermediate bridge, forming the cut-bent part higher than the parts and then winding these plural parts and a carrier.
CONSTITUTION: An intermediate bridge 9 and cut-bent parts 10 are provided by reforming a press die for forming a magnetic head member 4. As a result, an interposing paper is obviated because the strength is reinforced with the intermediate bridge and together the working parts is protected due to the existence of the cut-bent parts 10, and because the product is not deviated, the twist or the deflection of the product is not generated and the positional precision of the product can be kept. In the state of winding the hoop material press-formed in such manner, the magnetic head member 4 is protected with the out-bent parts 10. In such a way, the mechanical strength can be improved in the case of forming the marrow width product by press-forming the hoop material, and the quality of the product can be improved and the defective rate is reduced because of the protection of the parts with the cut-bent parts.
