PURPOSE: To prevent noodle sheet from mutually binding in uniform crude density of noodle sheet by carrying out primary loosening by cooking noodle sheet formed as a raw noodle having prescribed form and loosening from above and carrying out secondary loosening by turning the noodle upside down and re-loosening from above.
CONSTITUTION: A reversing cup 4 having reversing rod-receiving parts at both sides and packing noodle sheets 5 inside is cooked in a cooking device 6 and then carried by a conveyer and noodle sheets 5 are loosened under a turning nozzle 7 which is the first loosening means capable of loosening noodle sheets 5 after cooking from above and the loosened sheets 5 are turned upside down by a cup-reversing device 9 and the noodle sheets 5 are moved from the reversing cup 4 to a receiving cup 23 and then the noodle sheets 24 turned upside down are loosened by a turning nozzle 24 which is the second loosening means for loosening from above to prevent binding of the noodle sheet 5.
