Abstract:
To solve the problem that a cooking plate formed of a volcanic rock from cracking and breaking in the case of cooking with high heating power for a long period using the cooking plate.
The cooking plate formed of the volcanic rock which is heat-treated is obtained by baking the plate for ten hours in a furnace at ≤1,200°C and ≥950°C for heat treatment and cooling the furnace for ten hours. By performing the heat treatment, neither cracking nor breaking occurs even in the case of cooking high heating power for a long period.
