Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing illegitimate use capable of preventing illegitimate use of data having a copyright by embedding watermark data to external data and stopping uploading so as not to disclose a home page created by using the external data in the case that the downloaded data are the external data having the copyright of the other party.
SOLUTION: This invention provides the method for preventing illegitimate use that prevents illegitimate use of external data having a copyright of other party and externally acquired, and the method includes: a discrimination step of discriminating whether or not uploaded data include captured data to which watermark data denoting the external data are embedded; and a stop step of stopping uploading on the basis of the discrimination result of the discrimination step.
