To provide not only a method for preventing the lift of a built-up manhole, which dispenses with conventional peripheral excavation of an existing manhole, which is realistic and useful for the prevention of the lift and which facilitates construction, but also a method for preventing the lift of the manhole and a water flowing pipe, which is also useful for the prevention of the coming-off of the connected water flowing pipes; and to provide an underground buried water flowing device.

In the underground buried water flowing device in which the plurality of connected water flowing pipes 3, are arranged between the built-up manholes 1 and 1, a segment-like heavyweight body 4 for the prevention of the lift is fixed to an inner surface of the built-up manhole 1; and both ends of a rope 5 inserted along inner walls of the connected water flowing pipes 3, are fixed in a tensioned state to fixed portions 7 and 7 provided in the heavyweight body 4, respectively.
