PURPOSE: To improve the light stability of the org. colored substance of a color photographic sensitive material, etc., by incorporating the org. colored substance in combination with a specified compd., and preventing the decoloration due to light in the color photographic sensitive material.

CONSTITUTION: The color photographic sensitive material comprises at least one kind of the org. colored substance in combination with at least one kind of the compd. shown by formula I, thereby improving the light stability of the org. colored substance. In formula I, R is alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, aryl or a heterocyclic ring group. Thus, the discoloration and decoloration of the org. colored substance, especially, a color matter and a dyestuff, etc., used in the color photographic sensitive material are reduced.
