Abstract:
To provide a method for treating states of the skin characterized by increase of T cell activity and abnormal antigen presentation in dermis and epidermis of mammals including human beings.
An inhibitor for CD2/LFA-3 mutual action is used. As skin symptoms, psoriasis, UV injury, atopic dermatitis, skin T cell lymphoma such as mycetogenic polyp and the like, allergic and stimulative contact dermatosis, lichen, alopetia areata, polyderma necrosis, leukoplakia, ocular scarred small pox and urticaria are included.
