Abstract:
To provide a method with high production efficiency preventing aggregate of protein with separation of milk fat and a change in an emulsified condition of milk component, and effectively preventing production of filmy aggregate to be produced on a head space surface of a container.
This method for preventing aggregate comprises sliding a milk component-containing drink packed in a plastic container to the horizontal direction when sterilizing the drink with a retort sterilizer.
