As the inner peripheral face of the passage 3 for circulating the mixture gas including liquid droplets is made of the materials 50, 51 having superior wettability with liquid droplets, the attaching force of the liquid droplets to the inner peripheral face is high. Thus the liquid droplets are hardly peeled off by the circulated mixture gas, and the scattering quantity of the liquid droplets can be reduced.
