Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the soil on a hot plate surely by spraying a release agent on both ends on the core side of a liner with core in front of a double facer device for sticking together the liner with core with a liner between the hot plate and a press contact belt.
CONSTITUTION: Only a top face of a core of a liner NR with core transferred to a double facer device is provided with paste by a pasting roller 1A of a pasting device 1. Then, a release agent is sprayed toward both ends of the core side of the liner NR with core by a spray device S. At that time, the release agent including faces other than a stop is made to applied to the top face of the liner NR with core. Another liner R other than the transferred liner NR with core is stuck between a first-half section of a pressure welding belt 5 and a hot plate 7. At that time, as the release agent sprayed on paste on a core top face of the liner NR with core is brought into contact directly with the surface of the hot plate 7 in the section wherein the liner with core has shifted from the another liner R, the paste is not applied directly to the hot plate 7.
