To provide a method of preventing a stopper for sliding goods out from coming off by solving the problem of the stopper for sliding goods out attached to the shelf plate of a metallic display shelf and inserted in a groove employing a wire which is stabilized with gravity by placing the stopper on the groove in a front part and in which coming off of the stopper is prevented by preparing the slightly narrow groove and by pushing the stopper in the groove, but which often comes off because of a small impact by a clerk and a customer because an engagement is insufficient.

An engagement member is connected to a rolling preventing member, the engagement member placed near the both end parts of the rolling preventing member is not partially connected in such a way that the leg of unconnected engagement member flexibly moves, moreover, a coming off preventing means such as a convex portion and a curve portion is placed in the leg of the engagement member, in addition, a fixing portion is placed in a shelf plate, by hanging on the placed fixing portion the leg of the engagement member in which the coming off preventing means such as the convex portion and the curve portion are placed, coming off of the stopper is prevented.
