Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a warp preventing method for fixing a polymer material in thin film state to a transmission type electron microscopic observing grid, and a method for manufacturing a transmission type electron microscopic observing sample for fixing the polymer material in thin film state to the transmission type electron microscopic observing grid without being warped, dissolved or swollen.

CONSTITUTION: A transmission type electron microscopic observing grid is dipped in fluorocarbon 11 under the atmosphere -20°C to adhere the fluorocarbon 11 to the transmission type electron microscopic observing grid, a dyed polymer material in a thin film state is transferred to the grid by use of a hair probe, and left under room temperature to provide a transmission type electron microscopic observing sample.
