When a member purchases an article or receives service at a member's store with the credit card 10, use status data S12 indicating use status of the credit card by the member is transmitted from a server 12 to a server 18. The server 18 accumulates points supplied from at least one of a credit card company and the member's store to the member based on the use status data S12. The server 18 performs a process for returning the education expense according to the points supplied to the member to a person specified by the member in response to direction by the member.
