When operating each processing, processing level display means 3 displays a processing display figure 5. In this display, processing signs 51 are chained according to their relations for each processing, and distinguished from other processing signs 51. Therefore, current processing is changed, and then colors of the processing signs 51 of each processing are changed to allow users to easily ascertain processing change. In addition, each processing sign 51 is selected, and then processing designation means 4 can change processing to be processed by estimate sheet creation means 1.
