The management information processing system comprises a server 10, which receives the electronic information from a plurality of senders (80), selects a specified information contained in the electronic information, generates a report including a comment to expedite actions in response to contents of the report, and transmits the report to a designated delivery address. The server 10 includes steps comprising; receiving the electronic information, identifying the senders for the information, identifying the number of receiving the information, determining a first priority based on the number of receiving information, retrieving a keyword contained in a received information from a keyword group being added with the importance of information, determining a second priority based on the importance of the information, generating the comments based on the first and the second priorities, and generating the report including the comments.
