To provide a method of processing a mixture of a liquid material and a solid material by forced air feeding which carries out modification of the mixture of the liquid material and solid material in a forced air feeding pipe through kneading of the mixture of the liquid material and the solid material with a polymer modifier by using forced air feeding method, and also provide a device used for the same.
This method has a process for sending the mixture of the liquid material and the solid material into a forced air feeding pipe and a process for injecting compressed air into the forced air feeding pipe and adjusting and controlling to send the mixture in the forced air feeding pipe while the mixture is being changed into the solid material through a plastic state. The method has a process for injecting the polymer modifier into the forced air feeding pipe for sending the mixture by forced air feeding and kneading the mixture with the polymer modifier to modify the mixture during forced air feeding.
