Abstract:
To provide a method which enables an adhesive agent to be stuck to the portional surface by processing a portional surface of a surface of a support member comprising a release agent layer in noncontact manner.
A releasing property of a release agent is eliminated heating at least a portion of the release agent layer over the decomposition temperature of the release agent, by applying the radiation energy of TEA-CO2 laser to the release agent layer.
