Abstract:
To provide an Mo-Si-Ti-C alloy having excellent oxidation resistance at least up to about 800°C, and a method for producing an Mo-Si-Ti-C alloy.SOLUTION: The Mo-Si-Ti-C alloy contains 28 atom% or more and 60 atom% or less of Mo, 1.7 atom% or more and 20.0 atom% or less of Si, 5.0 atom% or more and 42.0 atom% or less of Ti, 4.0 atom% or more and 15.0 atom% or less of C, and a total of 2.0 atom% or more and 23.0 atom% or less of Cr and/or Al.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
