Abstract:

To provide a method for easily producing aqueous dispersions even when using a high-viscosity synthetic resin such as an elastomer and decreasing environmental load.

The method for producing aqueous dispersions, in which method elastomers are dispersed through following steps (1) to (3) successively. (1) a step for kneading solid state elastomers at ≥80°C but ≤150°C to obtain semi-fused elastomers, (2) a step for mixing the semi-fused elastomers with water and a polymer dispersant and kneading thereafter to obtain a dispersion, and (3) a step for obtaining the aqueous dispersions by mixing the dispersion with water.
