Abstract:
An aromatic polyketone film manufacturing method which includes: a step in which a coating liquid layer is formed by applying a coating liquid to the surface of at least one part of a base material, said coating liquid including a solvent and an aromatic polyketone that has a structural unit represented by general formula (1) or (2); a step in which the coating liquid layer is dried; and a step in which the coating liquid layer is heat-treated. In the formulae, R1 represents a C1-20 alkyl group, R2 and R3 each represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-20 alkyl group, X represents a specific divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group or a C3-30 divalent alicyclic hydrocarbon group, and Y represents a specific divalent functional group.
