Abstract:
To provide a method for producing an arylamine, especially a triarylamine or a diarylamine, useful as a raw material for electronic material or its intermediate in high purity at a low cost.
The method comprises the reaction of an aromatic amine compound with an aromatic halogen compound in the presence of a copper catalyst and a base in combination with a specific compound such as thymine.
