To solve a problem that operations are difficult by friction between cloths because a pulling-out rod is singly used when reversing an external bag and inserting a core material into the external bag in conventional productions of bag strings.
A hollow tubular material and the pulling-out rod are used in combination in the production method of the bag strings.
