Abstract:
To provide a steel sheet which has excellent deep drawability and baking hardenability, and in which the occurrence of stretcher strains caused by local deterioration in its aging resistance is exceedingly reduced as well.
In the production of the baking hardenable steel sheet, skinpass rolling is performed under the conditions that elongation percentage is 0.4 to 3.0%, a rolling linear load is ≥980 N/m, and shape parameters respectively represented by Λ2 and Λ4 satisfy the ranges of Λ2: (-100 to 100)×10-6, and Λ4: (-100 to 100)×10-6.
