Abstract:

To provide a chitin derivative nonwoven fabric tube composed of a nanofiber, to provide a method for simply and efficiently producing the tube, and to provide a medical material containing the tube.

This method for producing the tube comprises injecting droplets of a chitin derivative solution into a space between a droplet supply part 3 and an electrode plate 5, finely dividing the droplets by electric charge repulsion and an electric field, and drawing the droplets. A fiber is formed on a surface of a rotational support body 6, by rotating the rotational support body 6 which is driven by a rotating motor 7, and simultaneously the tube is directly formed. The formed tube is subjected to insolubilization treatment by a procedure of, for example, immersing the tube in an aqueous alkali solution of a high concentration.
