Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a blackened steel sheet with which the irregular color and the unevenness of tones of color among lots are difficult to develop.
In the method for producing the blackened steel sheet, this blackened steel sheet is produced through the following processes, that is, a first process, in which the blacken-treated Zn-Ni plated steel sheet is surface-treated with acidic water solution, adjusting pH 0-4 without using alkaline water solution having ≥ pH 11 or chromium compound, a second process, in which the above Zn-Ni plated steel sheet is water-washed after the first process, and a third process, in which a resin film is formed on the surface of the above Zn-Ni plated steel sheet after the second process.
