Abstract:
To provide a method for producing boots that achieves lightweight rubber boots.
A method for producing boots includes: dispersing reinforcing agent 2 and vulcanizer 3 in liquid rubber latex 1; applying potassium chloride (coagulating agent) 5 to a boot molding die 4; immersing the die 4 in the rubber latex 1 so as to coagulate a rubber latex film on the surface of the die 4; heating and vulcanizing the rubber latex film on the surface of the die 4; and taking out the vulcanized rubber latex film from the die so that the front and rear of the rubber latex film are reversed.
