To provide a method for producing bread, capable of maintaining satisfactory texture in eating, specifically, satisfactory sensation of moistness, melt-in-the-mouth sensation and rice-cake like sensation.
This method for producing the breads is characterized by adding a dried material, obtained by turning into sol of seaweeds that belong to Endocladiaceae and drying, to the bread materials.
