Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing gas-containing ice containing target gas in a supersaturated manner.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing gas-containing ice comprises: filling an aluminum pouch container having a plurality of partitioned ice-making regions with raw material fine bubble water containing fine bubble-like raw material gas in a supersaturated manner; and immersing the aluminum pouch container filled with the raw material fine bubble water in liquid nitrogen, to perform rapid freezing and make ice, wherein each volume of the plurality of partitioned ice-making regions in the aluminum pouch container is 4 mL or more and 120 mL or less, and the immersion time of the aluminum pouch container in the liquid nitrogen is less than 45 seconds. The ice-making region is preferably formed into a substantially spherical shape when filled with the raw material fine bubble water. As the target gas, for example, oxygen, ozone, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, or a mixed gas thereof can be selected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
