Abstract:

To provide a method for obtaining novel butter that can be produced comparatively easily, and has rich flavor and a good preservability, and to provide such butter.

The method includes adding vinegar and/or seasoning vinegar to cream that is a butter raw material, churning it, then washing it with water, and working it.
