Abstract:
To provide a method for producing carbon fiber with conductivity by low-temperature baking from a thermoplastic carbon precursor.
The method for producing the carbon fiber comprises the following process: After a precursor fiber is formed from the thermoplastic carbon precursor, the precursor fiber is heat-treated to form a stabilized precursor fiber, which is then baked so as to result in that the spectrum line width of the electron spin resonance of the baked fiber decrease at least once and then increase.
