Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce carbonated water having a high dissolved free carbon dioxide concentration.SOLUTION: A bathtub apparatus 1 includes: a bath tub 10; a carbon dioxide gas supply part 20 having a semipermeable membrane module 21 and a carbon dioxide gas tank 22; an outward path 30 for supplying hot water to the carbon dioxide gas supply part 20 from the bath tub 10; a return path 40 for returning hot water from the carbon dioxide gas supply part 20 to the bath tub 10; and a pump 50 arranged in the return path 40. Hot water stored in the bath tub 10 is sucked by the pump 50, is caused to flow through the outward path 30 and is supplied to the carbon dioxide gas supply part 20. Hot water supplied to the carbon dioxide gas supply part 20 is supplied with, through the semipermeable membrane module 21, carbon dioxide gas from the carbon dioxide gas tank 22 and the carbon dioxide gas is dispersed and dissolved in the hot water. Thereby, carbonic acid hot water is generated in the carbon dioxide gas supply part 20 and the carbonic acid hot water flows through the return path 40 and returns to the bath tub 10. The hot water stored in the bath tub 10 is circulated between the bath tub 10 and the carbon dioxide gas supply part 20 and, thereby, a dissolved free carbon dioxide concentration is increased.
