To provide a method for producing a cell culture product formed by cell culture by which a feeder cell can efficiently be removed.

The method for producing the cell culture product comprises a first culture step for coculturing an inactivated feeder cell with a cell to be cultured, a feeder cell-removing step for selectively removing the feeder cell from a cell group after the first culturing step and a second culture steep for continuously culturing the cell to be cultured after the removing step. As a result, the amounts of existence of the feeder cell in the cell culture product finally obtained after the second culture step continuously carried out can readily be reduced, because the feeder cell is removed between the first culture step and the second culture step.
