Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a cellular thin-wall food container which is free from sink and burrs, has reduced Metsuke (weight), is produced in high productivity, and can save energy and resources.
When the container is molded with the use of an injection molding machine, the interval between the cavity and core of a mold main body part is kept 1.0 mm or below, and a molten thermoplastic resin containing a blowing gas is packed at a high speed so that the temperature of the resin in the mold is increased above the temperature of a cylinder.
