Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cellulose acylate that inhibits the coloration of a resin molding, which occurs in heating and molding a resin composition containing the resultant cellulose acylate, compared to the case where the value of (([M1]/2)+[M2]) in formula 1, calculated by the amount of a specific organic acid salt added in a stabilization step, is less than 0.5 or more than 5.0.SOLUTION: A method for producing cellulose acylate has an acylating step for acylating cellulose in the presence of sulfuric acids, a deacylating step for deacylating the acylated cellulose in the presence of hydrochloric acids, a cleaning step for cleaning the deacylated cellulose so that the electric conductivity of a specific water dispersion liquid becomes 50 μs or less, and a stabilization step for adding, to the deacylated cellulose after the cleaning, a specific organic acid salt so as to satisfy formula 1: 0.5≤([M1]/2)+[M2]≤5.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
