To provide a method for producing a cement accessory which can simply be manufactured by many persons including children and adults.

A molding material prepared by putting a water bag 4 filled with water in a cement bag 3 filled with cement 5 and a form 1 for molding are used in the method to manufacture the cement accessory. The form 1 of an optional shape is formed, the water bag 4 in the cement bag 3 is broken, and the cement is mixed with the water in the cement bag 3. The mixture, gelatinized cement, is cast from the cement bag 3 into the form 1. When the gel-like cement is semi-solidified, the form 1 is removed, and burrs around the semi-solidified cement are cut off.
