Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cement product free from the release of a coating film even when used for a long period.
CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the cement product comprises kneading cement components comprising a cement, aggregate and water, shaping the kneaded product, coating the shaped product with a pigment-containing resin emulsion to form the first coating layer, subjecting the coated product to the first curing treatment, coating the cured product with a top coating comprising a pigment-containing resin emulsion to form the second coating layer, and subsequently subjecting the coated product to the second curing treatment.
