Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reliably and efficiently obtaining a cerebrovascular endothelial cell which can accurately reflect the transportation function of the BBB (blood brain barrier) of a human.SOLUTION: A method of producing a cerebrovascular endothelial cell from a pluripotent stem cell comprises the steps of 1) culturing a CD34 expression cell differentiated and induced from a pluripotent stem cell, and 2) bringing a cell cultured in the step 1) into contact with a culture medium in which a brain-derived cell is cultured, to culture the cell.
