CONSTITUTION: A bamboo material, etc., is disposed and sealed in a dry distillation oven 12 connected to a circulation blower 14, a preliminary heater 15 and a heater 11 on its inlet and equipped with a cooler 13 on its outlet, and the inner air of the oven is substituted with a circulation gas comprising an inert gas. The circulation gas preliminarily heated with the preliminary heater 15 and heated with the heater 11 is blown into the dry distillation oven 12 to thermally decompose the bamboo material, etc. The gas exhausted from the dry distillation oven 12 is introduced into the cooler 13 and subjected to a liquid separation to collect a bamboo vinegar solution, etc.
