Abstract:
To provide a method for producing coated particles having a low connection resistance while having high insulation properties.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing coated particles which comprises: a vacuum heating step of heating conductive particle having a conductive layer on the surface of core material particles at a temperature of 200 to 600°C under vacuum of 1000 Pa or less to obtain heat-treated conductive particles; a surface treatment step of arranging a triazole-based compound on the surface of the heat-treated conductive particles to obtain surface treated conductive particles; and a coating step of mixing the surface treated conductive particles and insulating fine particles containing a functional group having an electric charge, followed by adhering the insulating fine particles onto the surface of the surface treated conductive particles to obtain coated particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
