To provide a method capable of commercially producing fine coenzyme Q10 particles similar to stock powder, having a high content and excellent in powdery material flow characteristics, efficiently, by simple equipment and with easy operation.

This method for producing the coenzyme Q10 particles comprises the following (1) and (2) processes. (1) A process of emulsifying and dispersing the coenzyme Q10 with water in the presence of a surfactant and at the temperature of at or higher than the melting temperature of the coenzyme Q10 and preparing an O/W emulsion, and (2) a process of cooling the O/W emulsion in the presence of a water soluble dispersant, while flowing by agitation, to the temperature of at or lower than the solidifying temperature of the coenzyme Q10 to obtain solid particles.
