Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric/electronic components which are sealed and molded by a thermosetting resin and to produce high quality and highly reliable electric/electronic components having good appearance with no void easily with good productivity.SOLUTION: There are provided electric/electronic components which are manufactured by disposing electric/electronic elements in a molding die and pouring a liquid epoxy resin composition containing (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a curing agent, (C) an inorganic filler and (D) a pre-gelling agent into the molding die to be semi-cured, followed by taking out from the molding die to completely cure the epoxy resin composition by post-curing.
