Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability when a composite material is bonded.SOLUTION: A method for bonding a composite material includes bonding an adhesive object 250 formed of a material different from an adherend 201 being a cast to the adherend 201 to produce a composite material 202. The method includes a step of pouring molten metal into a space between a first mold 102 and a second mold 104 which are brought into contact with each other to cast the adherend 201, and separating the first mold 102 and the second mold 104 after the casting step. The method includes a step of roughening and cleaning a surface to which the adhesive object 250 of the adherend 201 held by the first mold 102 is bonded, and bonding and pressurizing the adhesive object 250 to the roughened and cleaned surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
