Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a composite sheet which can adjust the thickness of a different material layer.
A sheet laminate in which a support sheet 103, a dielectric green sheet 101, and a thickness adjusting sheet 105 are laminated in this order, and a slit S common to the dielectric green sheet 101 and the thickness adjusting sheet 105 is formed is prepared. Next, slurry 20 of a material different from the material of the dielectric green sheet 101 is packed in the slit S. Next, the slurry 20 packed in the slit S is dried to form the different material layer 201. After that, the thickness adjusting sheet 105 is peeled off.
