Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a composition containing hyaluronic acid oligosaccharide which can be applied to an industrial scale.SOLUTION: A production method includes: (A) a process of applying a decomposed product of hyaluronic acid and/or salt thereof to anion-exchange resin; (B) a process of bringing sodium chloride aqueous solution having any concentration between 10 mM or more and 300 mM or less in contact with anion-exchange resin obtained in the process (B) in one step or a plurality of steps, and obtaining an eluate; and (C) a process of recovering a fraction containing tetrasaccharide hyaluronic acid oligosaccharide and/or salt thereof from the eluate obtained in the process (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
